Cafe San Marco is a local, family-owned spot built around a love for coffee and genuine hospitality. Our team believes in true scratch-kitchen cooking and pasture-to-plate ethics, taking the time to make things the right way, not the fast way. We buy from local farms and makers whenever we can, because we want our neighbors to thrive right alongside us. We restored the historic home of Bistro AIX because we believe deeply in this neighborhood and wanted to create a warm refuge for our healthcare heroes and everyone who lives and works nearby. We’re not corporate, we’re not a chain — just a small team that cares deeply about good food, great coffee, and creating a welcoming place for our community to gather.
